RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you’re not happy with your item or have an issue I am happy to offer an exchange. Items must be returned at your own expense and in original condition (unworn, unwashed and tags still attached) within 5 days.


Please note I can only replace your items once I have received them. I recommend sending these items by a tracked courier.
Custom made to fit items , lucky last items and sale items are excluded from returns.

FAULTY ITEMS
All of my items go through a final product check, but as I am a one-lady-band, sometimes accidents happen. If you receive a faulty item please accept my apologies and contact me immediately so it can be rectified.

POSTAGE
All parcels are sent via tracked overnight courier. There is an extra cost for rural. All deliveries are weather permitting.
